THE WINE

Sourced and hand picked from vineyards managed by Ricca Terra Farms in the Riverland SA, the fruit was destemmed and open fermented whole berries for two weeks before being pressed to old French oak. Medium bodied with strawberry, raspberry and cherry flavours and could be served with a slight chill for fun in the warmer months. Wild ferment, unfined, unfiltered.

THE WINERY

Based in the picturesque village of Exeter in the NSW Southern Highlands, Michael and Katrina Archer have planted a small vineyard at 720m altitude to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gamay. New Burgundian clones have been sourced to encourage small bunches, intensity of fruit and layered and complex wines.
