THE WINE10% hand-harvested for whole bunch fermentation while the remainder spent time on skins before being basket pressed and placed in French oak. The wine was then blended and spent a further twenty months in oak for maturation. Blueberry, blackberry and redcurrant on the nose and a soft round palate with layers of rich fruit.

Quin wines is a boutique family run vineyard in the Barossa Valley. Andrew and Skye Quin are the team behind Quin Wines, with Andrew responsible for the winemaking. Consolidating on his role as the chief winemaker at neighbouring Hentley Farm in which he assisted them in becoming a renowned premium Australian wine brand, Andrew also runs Quin Wines. He has a high-maintenance dog named Trevor.
