Adelaide Hills Wine
The Adelaide Hills is one of Australia’s most dynamic cool climate wine regions. Nestled in the Mount Lofty Ranges, east of the city of Adelaide in South Australia, the Adelaide Hills has some of the most diverse wine-making landscapes in terms of soil, climate, and topography, therefore, producing distinctive wines.
The most common planting in the region is Sauvignon Blanc but the Adelaide Hills has recently become known for a new wave of stunning Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, along with its award-winning Shiraz.
