Based in the picturesque village of Exeter in the NSW Southern Highlands, Michael and Katrina Archer have planted a small vineyard at 720m altitude to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. New Burgundian clones have been sourced to encourage small bunches, intensity of fruit, and layered and complex wines.
