Hilltops Wines
The Hilltops wine region is one of New South Wales’ newest cool climate wine regions. Located around the town of Young in southern New South Wales and part of the Murray-Darling Basin the region also incorporates the towns of Boorowa, Harden, and Jugiong.
Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz are the main grape varieties thriving in the region with other alternative varieties like Shiraz-Viognier, Pinot Grigio and Tempranillo also making a name for themselves.
