Mudgee Wines
The Mudgee Wine Region is situated on the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range in country New South Wales. Boasting some of the highest vineyards in Australia from 450-1180 metres above sea level, the Mudgee region produces diverse wines due to its variety of microclimates and soils.
Mainly known for their rich reds such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, wineries in Mudgee also produce quality Chardonnay, Riesling, and Semillon.
