    Description

    Two blocks of Chardonnay fruit were used to make this wine, one from Mittagong in the Southern Highlands and the other Johansen’s Vineyard in Tumbarumba near the Snowy Mountains. All wild barrel-fermented and aged in a mixture of new and seasoned French oak. Citrus and grapefruit with a flinty minerality.
